DISCON 2.0 cooling lubricants
DISCON roller heads cooling lubricants with food safe ecosystem are designed to cool and lubricate DISCON welding roller heads in welding machines.
New formulation and ecosystem
The new ecosystem with a new formulation consisting of the products DISCON 2.0 concentrate, DISCON CLEANER and DISCON REFRESH means increased lifetime with NSF approval.
The life and performance of the DISCON 2.0 emulsion used in combination with DISCON CLEANER is guaranteed all year long. The two products have been designed to work together. It reduces the probability of roller head seal failure due to insufficient lubrication. The products are always supplied as a set.
For very harsh conditions such as elevated environmental temperatures of more than 35°C and extended downtime, DISCON REFRESH can be used in addition to DISCON 2.0 during the year to ensure full performance. Without cleaning and changing of the emulsion during the year.
DISCON CLEANER and DISCON REFRESH can be used during production, without losing NSF approval.
Each set comes with a quick start guide that describes the application and with a condition monitoring kit with pH strips.
