Induction system SOUCURE

A new alternative to the well-proven gas curing systems.

The Soudronic induction curing system – a future-oriented solution for a successful can production – is one of the new developments available. It represents an alternative to the well-proven gas curing systems. The main advantage of the induction curing system today is its excellent process reliability. A broad tin flow is ensured together with a homogenous heat distribution thanks to a unique coil technology. The oven is equipped with temperature supervision at the outlet of the curing system.

The SOUCURE is easy to operate, handle and maintain and gives open access to all vital parts. It handles efficiently and safely the lacquer condensate. Outstanding is also the aerodynamically optimized suction process on both sides of the inductors. As far as the conveyor belt is concerned, there is no pollution occurring as the cans are transported on the bottom side. Consequently there is also no thermal stress on the cans and the belt which in turn increases considerably the transport belt lifetime. No cooling of the belt is required, too.
