DISCON+, the latest generation of our renowned roller head for canbody welding machines, was launched in July 2023. Built from advanced materials and fitted with improved seals, it delivers a new level of food safety. Equipped with an ID it connects to a digital performance dashboard.
Every DISCON+ roller head comes with a unique RH ID+. This improves the workflow, and relevant production data and roller head settings are automatically tracked, recorded and displayed in the dashboard of mySoudronic Insights. The digital integration enables predictive maintenance planning by forecasting the next re-dressing interval and estimating the remaining lifetime of the roller head, all based on real-time statistical data.

Lower arm D-Lock interface
The DISCON+ D-Lock roller head comes with a completely redesigned welding arm connection that is available for new Soudronic and Can Man welders of the SOUCAN, COMPACT and X series. With the combination of the D-Lock interface and the optimized and matched sealings of the DISCON+ roller head, a new level of food safety is achieved.
