The standard tool II has a modular design to adapt the tool to the customer’s requirements.The calibrating area is similar to all different types of tools and to the different machines for which this tool is available.
The standard tool II comes in four different specifications:

Basic version
- Inexpensive version without any features
- For sample production
Advanced version
- Equipped with adjustable calibrating roller
- Reproducible accuracy for overlap adjustment
- Small/serial production
- For low speed machines
Advanced cooled version
- Temperature-stable tool with cooled base plate
- For medium speed
- For large-volume production
Premium version
- Additional ceramic end roller
- Conical rolls in the pre-calibrating area
- For higher welding frequency
- Low maintenance
- Especially designed for sensitive prints on the sheet metal
