Lacquer Level Monitoring for PRC-T/PRC-TS

Automatic monitoring detects low lacquer levels immediately and enables operators
to replace or refill the bottle in good time, guaranteeing continuous production, free of unnecessary disruptions.

Detection sensors on PRC-T and PRC-TS outside seam lacquering systems permit hassle-free monitoring of the level in the lacquer bottle. When the level drops below the minimum fill level, a warning message appears on the operating panel prompting the operator to refill or replace the bottle. If the refill is not carried out within a specified time, a line stop is triggered.

The lacquer level monitoring can be retrofitted to UNICONTROL 3 Systems.
