An agitator helps to prevent separation and guarantees consistent lacquer quality.
Sooner or later, depending on its quality and viscosity, lacquer may separate in the tank. This can severely reduce the quality of the seam coating. An agitator helps to prevent separation and guarantees consistent lacquer quality.
The agitator comprises a control unit, agitator and stirring rod and can be installed separately under the Soudronic lacquer tank and/ or retrofitted. Installation requires no mechanical modification of the lacquer tank. The stirring rod’s speed can be adjusted using the control unit and is shown on the display. Output and the Soft Start function are also visible on the display.
The supply voltage of the control unit must be guaranteed at all times.
