Heat-sealing systems with integrated ring forming 

We developed modern peel-off technologies to provide two- and three-piece canmakers with a flexible, convenient and extremely economical solution, enabling them to react quickly to changing market needs. The UNISEAL HSS heat-sealing system with optional ring-forming module makes it possible to produce either composite or aluminum peel-off ends. With up to three lanes, the machine offers an output of impressive 600 ends per minute, depending on ring and membrane dimensional accuracy, material thickness and quality. Additionally, the machine permits the rapid changeover of end diameters as well as easy operation and maintenance.
