Successful Service Technicians Meeting

Four years after the edition 2019, and one year later than originally planned due to the COVID pandemic, Soudronic had the great pleasure to welcome a large team of field service technicians at our headquarters in Bergdietikon for the STM Service Technicians Meeting 2023.

This edition of the STM brought together seventy participants from eighteen different countries. This group encompassed technicians from our headquarters, subsidiaries, agents as well as freelancers from all over the world. The accumulated field experience of these technicians is close to an impressive 1’000 years.

For seven days, the technicians participated in a wide variety of presentations, machine demonstrations as well as a wide range of training courses. The meeting gave the technicians the opportunity to receive an update on current and future technology developments, troubleshooting tools as well as to brush up their skills on various field service topics. A barbeque evening in a nearby log cabin gave all the participants the chance to reconnect with old friends and network with members of many other departments based in Bergdietikon.

We are looking forward to the next edition of the service technician meeting in 2026.
