Season’s Greetings from our CEO

Dear customers and partners,

As the year comes to an end, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what has been an intense and challenging year for all of us.

I won’t dwell on markets or politics; we all read the headlines and feel the uncertainties. What I will say is that 2025 has shown how important strong partnerships, mutual trust, and a clear focus on innovation and reliability truly are.

Remaining a stable and reliable partner requires a strong team. I’m proud that, as in previous years, we welcomed 12 talented young individuals at our headquarters to begin a four-year training program. They are an important investment in the future of our company, and we firmly believe that education is the foundation of long-term success.

Alongside ongoing improvements to our equipment, we introduced our new COMPACT welder, expanded Upgrades & Conversions, and further advanced digital solutions such as mySoudronic. All with one clear goal: making your lines more efficient, safer, and providing convenience and greater transparency.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to meet many of you from May 5–8, 2026 at METPACK in Essen, where we’ll present our latest innovations and portfolio advancements and take time to discuss your projects. And just one week later, you’ll also find us at INTERPACK in Düsseldorf, May 7–13, 2026.
