Building the next generation

For many years, Soudronic has been committed to training and developing young talent through its apprenticeship and trainee programs. By offering practical experience, professional guidance, and opportunities for personal growth, we help prepare the next generation of skilled professionals.

We currently train more than 40 trainees at our headquarters in Bergdietikon. They gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to real projects from an early stage. This approach not only develops technical expertise but also encourages curiosity, responsibility, and continuous learning. By supporting young people as they begin their careers, we are helping to build a strong foundation for the future of our company, our industry, and our communities.
