Service Technician Meeting at Soudronic at the beginning of this year

Customer support, as we understand it, is not only a global but also a lifelong commitment.

Soudronic can be really proud of this picture. It shows the importance that our worldwide customer service enjoys with us. 50 technicians from 15 nations with a total of 839 years of experience at the time gathered at our headquarters in Bergdietikon, Switzerland at the beginning of the year. During ten days this concentrated service competence was invited to Soudronic for the Service Technician Meeting 2019. Almost 20 Soudronic instructors passed on their know-how to the technicians.

The training included mechanical and electrical skills on all the existing Soudronic equipment, training on upgrades and conversions as well as workshops and studies.

Additionally we took the opportunity to profit from the exchange of experience among each other, during breaks, meals and also on the excursion to the Mercedes Benz museum in Stuttgart, Germany during the weekend which was an additional highlight and most interesting.

Very fruitful were also the discussions during this 10-days training with the customer services and training department, project management, spare parts and upgrades department as well as the research and development and sales managers.

Our goal is to keep our service level at the highest standard and therefore all technicians around the world have to be kept at the same education level.

At Soudronic after sales service starts with delivery of the machine or system. And continues for the entire duration of its productive life.
