Employees vote Soudronic top employer in Switzerland’s medium-sized company sector

In a survey involving over 27 000 employees from 118 companies, Soudronic emerged as the top employer in the medium-size enterprise range, category 1, for organizations with 250 to 999 employees. The survey comprised 55 questions covering a wide range of issues from work, structures, cooperation, change, leadership and personnel development.

The annual Swiss Employer Award has established itself as the biggest and most comprehensive employee survey in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It gives companies an opportunity to find out how their employees really feel about them and how they rank alongside their peers.
