Completion of apprenticeship 2024

We are thrilled to announce that eleven apprentices have successfully passed their qualification process! Through their diligence and commitment, they have achieved excellent grades, and we are very proud of them.

At our headquarters in Bergdietikon, Switzerland, we are currently training 42 young people in six different professions. During the three- or four-year Vocational Education and Training (VET) program, our apprentices focus on professional practice, general education, and vocational subjects. This comprehensive training results in highly skilled professionals who form the basis of an excellent talent pool. Many of our graduates continue to work for Soudronic, pursue further education, and become the managers of tomorrow.

Our training programs

Soudronic is deeply committed to VET, offering six training programs leading to a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ):

• Polytechnician (Polymechaniker/in EFZ)
• Automation Technician (Automatiker/in EFZ)
• Electronics Technician (Elektroniker/in EFZ)
• Logistics Specialist (Logistiker/in EFZ)
• Computer Scientist (Informatiker/in EFZ)
• Business Administrator (Kauffrau EFZ/Kaufmann EFZ)
