A milestone worth celebrating!

This summer, all apprentices in our 2026 graduating class successfully passed their final exams and completed their trainee program. We warmly congratulate them on this important achievement!

An apprenticeship is much more than learning a profession. It means growing step by step, taking on responsibility and becoming part of a team. Over the past years, our graduates have shown commitment, curiosity and perseverance, both in vocational school and in their daily work.

At our headquarters in Switzerland, Soudronic currently trains around 40 young adults in seven different professions. By supporting vocational education, we invest in young talent and create opportunities for the next generation of skilled professionals.
