Congratulations to our 2025 graduates

A warm congratulations to the apprentices who successfully completed their training this summer.

Over the past three or four years, they have shown not only technical ability but also perseverance, curiosity and a strong sense of responsibility. We are proud of what they have achieved and of who they have become.

At our headquarters in Switzerland, Soudronic currently trains around 40 young adults in six vocational programs. These include technical, commercial and IT-based professions, with a strong focus on hands-on learning and personal growth. By supporting young talent, we invest in people and in the future of our industry.
