Trainee Program
We strongly engage in the Swiss VET (Vocational Education and Training) for young people by offering six training programs with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ). The programs impart the skills and knowledge needed to work in a given occupation. Many of the graduates still work for Soudronic today and some even hold management positions.
Vocational education
(trainee program, apprenticeship)
Soudronic places huge importance in the promotion of young talents. This fact is reflected in the high number of constantly 40 trainees at the company. Our extensive and interesting range of products and the ideal size of our company means our trainees face a varied and challenging apprenticeship period covering a wide field of activities. Independence, teamwork, and responsibility are promoted throughout the entire training period. The training areas and workplaces are also state-of-the-art. Our broad and comprehensive training provides the optimal conditions for individual further education following the vocational education. Training takes place exclusively at our headquarters in Bergdietikon, Switzerland.

- Polymechaniker/in EFZ (Polytechnician)
- Automatiker/in EFZ (Automation Technician)
- Elektroniker/in EFZ (Electronics Technician)
- Logistiker/in EFZ (Logistics Specialist)
- Informatiker/in EFZ, Fachrichtung Systemtechnik (Computer Scientist)
- Kauffrau EFZ/Kaufmann EFZ (Business Administrator)
