Customer-specific training

The types of training people need can vary greatly, with very different requirements for production or for experienced or new staff. Our expert instructors adapt the training to our customer’s needs to make sure they learn efficiently. Trainings can be held either on customer’s or on our site. The programs are complemented by e-learning content from Soudronic Academy.

Training range

We offer training courses for all our machines. The training sessions can be held either at our production locations in Switzerland, Italy, or France or at your facilities. We offer general training for topics such as setting up, operating, and servicing machines and for troubleshooting.

The training consists of theoretical lessons in the classroom and practical exercises on the machines. Every participant is issued with their own training documentation. Based on our experience, we recommend holding courses with a maximum of six participants, especially in the case of the practical exercises.
