Rollformer: lateral roller removal
Until now, the complete front feeder plate had to be dismantled in order to remove rollers no. 1, 2, 4 and 6 or their bearings.
With the new conversion for lateral roller removal, rollers no. 1 and 2 can be pulled out of the bearing flanges after disassembly. For the removal of rollers no. 4 and 6, the front part of the plate can be disassembled. An additional fixing point is available for the stable fixation of the drive belt cover. All tie-bars, rollers and guide bars, as well as catch bar and bending wedge remain unchanged.
