Remote Access/Service enables Soudronic second level support (development engineers) to connect directly to your machine and offer you the best possible support in the event of downtimes or other problems that occur on your machine.

Depending on the type of machine, software upgrades can also be installed directly through the remote maintenance system. The Remote Access/Service packet not only connects to your machine, but also provides you with direct support from Soudronic development.

Your IT team can interrupt the connection simply by closing the internet port, which means you always have complete control over remote access.

To ensure the connection is secure, Soudronic uses a VPN tunnel for remote maintenance (machine to remote maintenance portal, Soudronic to remote maintenance portal).
