EAD 600 Easy Adjustable Destacker
Body Blank Height changeover time is becoming increasingly important. With the new Easy Setup Feeder Magazine, a fast BBH changeover without the use of any tools brings more efficiency for canmakers.
Working principle:
With a frew steps a BBH changeover is done very easily. Untighten the clamping levers, adjust magazine BBH position by rotating the hand wheel while reading the current position on the counter mechanism and finally tighten the clamping levers.

Two threaded rods connect the two magazine parts and can be adjusted by turning the handwheel. The position counter shows the current height setup very precisely.
Depending on the sucker type and / or BBH dimension, a position correction of the support bars is necessary. Three predefined positions can be used, depending on body blank height, and may be adjusted by a snap-in mechanism.
A changeover of Body Blank Length is done by the well known snap-in mechanism. A scale shows the current position. With the use of pre-set slot nuts a BBL changeover is done easily.
