Discontinuation information

From time to time, relevant products or machines must be discontinued due to technological developments but also to increasingly difficult availability of mechanical or electrical components. We want to ensure that our customers are always informed in advance about the phase-out process.

Phase-out communication in 5 phases

The phase-out process consists of five phases. Customers are informed five years (60 months) at the earliest before the end-of-life of a component, product, or machine. Depending on various circumstances, e.g., market situation, supply chain, new regulations, etc. the advance notice period and the corresponding phase may vary.

Communications on this website or by newsletter include an offering for an upgrade or replacement.
